Non-custom Items (stainless steel flatware, ceramic dinnerware and tablecloth)

If you are not satisfied with your non-custom item purchase, you must contact us and provide real pictures within 7 days of delivery or pickup. A refund amount will be determined based on its condition. We will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

Custom Items (stainless steel flatware, ceramic dinnerware and tablecloth)

We require a 50% deposit for custom stainless steel flatware, ceramic dinnerware and tablecloth items. These items are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged. We will make sample and send to you for confirm and modify the sample if you are not satisfied. After you confirm the sample with our customer service representative, we will start to arrange manufacturing for the bulk order and your 50% deposit is nonrefundable. If a custom item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit, please notify with us with real pictures in 5 working days after you receive your order. We will give you satisfactory solution, such as discount, refund or re-sending new goods to you. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action. If you do not receive your purchase within 40 days, you can ask for a full refund before our delivery.
